This Lunar New Year, we're taking our love for Asian flavours to a whole new level and are going local with a stunning line-up of well-loved festive favourites. The seasonal menu takes inspiration from festive dishes our local Chef grew up with and aims to introduce traditional Lunar New Year dishes to the masses. Have a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine with must-haves like Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, Double Boiled Supreme Chicken Soup, Steamed White Cod Fillet, Braised Sea Cucumber, and Premium XO Fried Rice.
